Temporary Fencing
The complete temporary fencing system that offers the user versatility, simplicity and piece of mind through total safety!
Why do our Temporary Fencing products lead the market?
Powerweld™
Powerweld™ technology forms the strongest temporary fencing joint available in the UK. Panel Shop's new state of the art and UK built machinery combines both resistance and high levels of electricity in a unique fusion welding process to execute a complete 360 degree bonded joint, this offers customers longevity and reduces on site damage.
Quadfix™
Quadfix™ weld pattern is a development that is unique to Panel Shops temporary fencing panels, our automated welding station has a series of hi-power welding heads that execute over 100 welds consistently securing the mesh to the frame, that's approximately 50% more than any other panel on the UK market!
Powerweb™
Powerweb™ corner brackets can be added to the panel joints offering further strength and resistance to on site damage. Newly designed press-tooling forms a tight fit together with the only corner web on the market not to have any sharp protrusions whatsoever that could cause potential injury to operatives when handling them.
Domeform™
Domeform™ Special forming process ensures additional strength and resistance to crushing the leg of the temporary fence panels. This alleviates any damage that may pose problems when trying to re-erect the panels into the fence bases if the ends have been crushed or flattened.

The Base
Panel Shop manufacture a wide range of temporary fence bases to suit all budgets from the industry prefered recycled thermoplastic base to the more traditional concrete version.
The unique Safelift™ Health & Safety base is constructed from recycled thermoplastic for added durability and is the only fence block of its type that poses no potential trip hazard to pedestrians when the fence is erected in situ correctly. This removes the need to highlight them with high visibility or fluorescent paint, again a result of our innovative design!
The Safelift™ base weighs 22½ Kg which is within the current manual handling regulations and has specially designed handles that encourage the correct lifting technique for site operatives or erectors. The additional weight through increased thermoplastic content allied with 150mm of block height, increases the overall stability of fence-lines installed using Safelift bases. Fence systems installed in lighter, shallower and smoother style plastic bases on the market are susceptible to sliding and even overturning in windy conditions.
Panel Shop also supplies the traditional Oxford type thermoplastic base, offering a more cost effective option for light duty applications and shorter duration contracts. We also stock and supply a concrete fence base should customers require a low cost alternative to either of our more popular thermoplastic bases.
